馬下令撤網？府方：尊重專業

馬英九總統近來多次遭民眾、學生丟鞋嗆聲，警方被迫添購「攔鞋網」執行維安勤務，以防總統被鞋子丟中；據中國時報報導，馬總統對警方搬出「攔鞋網」的方式頗不認同，甚至要求撤除；不過總統府發言人李佳霏今（27）日澄清說，對於警方使用「攔鞋網」的時機與方式，馬總統絕對尊重特勤中心的專業判斷。

李佳霏表示，維安現場是否該使用攔鞋網，特勤中心有判斷標準，事先規劃及安排，都有賴特勤中心維安人員現場勘查，再根據情資與現場狀況判斷；而地方的警力為備不時之需，則會準備攔鞋網，至於要不要使用，則是由維安人員針對現場情資進行綜合判斷。

李佳霏說，總統府請特勤中心協調地方警力，對於元首執行維安的尺度，依照過去經驗做專業判斷，總統也尊重維安人員的專業判斷，並沒有媒體報導總統「下令撤網」的問題。
