涉進口威力纖禁藥　製造商300萬交保

【賴又嘉／台北報導】由國民黨榮譽主席連戰長女連惠心代言、菁茵荋公司販售的保健食品威力纖，因含禁藥Cetilistat成分，檢調昨(25日)搜索負責販售、製造、包裝的菁茵荋、云丰生技、東阪生技3公司，菁茵荋總經理曾心怡遭檢方以違反《藥事法》，諭令200萬元交保，限制出境、出海，而云丰生技負責人黃振康，也於26日凌晨，遭依違反《藥事法》，諭令300萬元交保，並限制出境、出海。
 
據悉，被衛生署驗出的Cetilistat成份，是由云丰生技進口，再交由東阪公司代工製成膠囊，且菁茵荋、東阪均將進口禁藥的責任，推給云丰生技。雖黃振康也推稱不知進口的是禁藥，但檢調昨晚臨時再約談云丰生技相關總務等員工後，仍認為黃振康涉嫌重大，諭令以300萬元交保。
