官司纏訟40年　女星蘇菲亞羅蘭終獲勝訴

【李寧怡／綜合外電報導】義大利女星蘇菲亞羅蘭（Sophia Loren）1974年被政府控告逃漏稅，雙方纏訟近40年，義大利最高法院周三終於判她勝訴，全案定讞，高齡79歲的羅蘭形容這項遲來的判決是「司法奇蹟」。

此案乃羅蘭當年被政府認定短報收入涉訟，但其實是她的會計師將被認定短報的收入排在次年報稅。現居瑞士的羅蘭表示：「就在你對司法已不抱希望時，他們還是伸張了正義。」
