我住北海岸,這裡一般住家售價都很合理,開價10萬,成交價約9萬.反倒是離住宅區有點遠的鄉間舊房子,開價都嚇死人.我問他們這種價格要賣給誰啊?他們異口同聲的說:

賣給有錢的台北人

人沒名氣了,講話也沒人聽了,故曰:名去嘴死
