加入歐盟 烏克蘭討200億歐元

烏克蘭總理阿札洛夫(Mykola Azarov)今天(11日)表示，烏克蘭在和歐洲聯盟簽署歷史性協定之前，想要先確保烏克蘭可以取得歐盟200億歐元(大約275億美元)的貸款。

阿札洛夫在電視轉播的政府會議上表示，烏克蘭提議，透過提供烏克蘭財政援助的方式，以解決這個問題。

阿札洛夫說，烏克蘭已經決定了大概的數字，就是200億歐元左右。

烏克蘭原本要在11月下旬，在立陶宛首都維爾紐斯的高峰會中，和歐盟簽署政治和自由貿易協定，正式展開烏克蘭進加入歐盟的程序；但是烏克蘭總統亞努科維奇在莫斯科的壓力之下，臨時拒絕簽署協定，不但招來歐盟的指責，也引發烏克蘭民眾的大規模示威。
