日月明功案 聲押陳巧明等4人

（中央社記者吳哲豪彰化13日電）詹姓高中生疑遭靈修日月明功的母親黃芬雀虐死，檢方昨天拘提日月明功負責人陳巧明並傳喚許愛珍、劉享易以及林甫朋等靈修團員，陳巧明等4人訊後遭檢方聲押禁見。

彰化地檢署連日傳訊多名日月明功學員，發現多人說詞不一。承辦檢察官提訊在押的黃芬雀後突破她的心防，黃芬雀一改先前一人虐子的說詞，坦承陳巧明、許愛珍等4人幫忙教訓兒子。

檢方昨天將陳巧明等人拘提到案，並將原被列為證人的詹素珠以及蔡淑芳等3人轉列被告，漏夜複訊。訊後認為陳巧明、許愛珍、劉享易以及林甫朋等4人涉案犯嫌重大，且有串供滅證之虞，向法院聲請羈押禁見。詹、蔡2人則因供出案情，獲檢察官諭令新台幣20萬元交保。1021213
