口風緊不吐實　陳巧明等4被告聲押

　【孫英哲／彰化報導】彰化檢方偵辦日月明功虐死高中生案，今天凌晨經漏夜偵訊後，因涉案被告陳巧明、許愛珍、劉享易及林甫朋等４人對相關案情仍堅不吐實，認為４人有勾串共犯之虞，於清晨５時向法官聲請對４人羈押禁見。羈押審理庭在法官閱卷後，預計在上午展開，最快中午左右會有結果。
 
另外，原本被列為證人的蔡淑芳及詹素珠兩人，在偵訊期間多次作偽證，兩人都被轉為被告後，終於供出相關案情，因此訊後都被檢方裁定１０萬元交保。目前日月明功後共有８人名被告，其中７人已到案，僅另一重要成員吳仁甫未到案，檢警今天仍將持續拘提。
