吸金2億潛逃泰國　主嫌今遣返回台

【林志青╱台北報導】刑事局今年3月宣佈偵破「盛世達」吸金案，逮捕主嫌妹妹、妹夫等4人，主嫌李周全（58歲）捲款潛逃泰國與泰籍女友同居，刑事局依據今年1月與泰簽訂「台泰共同打擊犯罪協議」，本月7日上午順利在曼谷市區，逮捕正要出門的李嫌，今日下午遣返回國。

警方表示，盛世達以投資該公司在泰國開設的塑膠、紙漿等原物料名義，打出年利率高達60％為誘因，邀民眾投資，每年1期，以10萬元為單位，每月可獲5000元紅利；介紹他人投資10萬元，每月可再多領1000元車馬費。被害人近400人，吸金達2億4000萬元。
