有關硬體部分想請問各位高手^^

小弟日前將系統升級為win8.1專業版..
這陣子發現 如果多開網頁 或是 跑個smg之類的..
要切換看其他網頁時.. 等待時間(沙漏)變得很久.. 有時半分鐘也跑不出來...
就一直看到硬碟的紅燈一直在閃 有點跑不動的感覺.. ~"~

小弟平日也很少玩遊戲　偶而會玩一下龍之谷　也是讀取很久很久＠＠＂　
因為對硬體不是很了解．．
提供目前桌機的配備．．
希望各位高手幫看一下~~ 　感激不盡　^^

如需要換到cpu 或　主板　之類的　還請建議一下小弟　因有預算的問題　大概５ｋ內可以接受
