日月光排污水案　K7廠長遭羈押

日月光公司K7廠涉嫌排放廢水污染案，高雄地檢署13日傳喚日月光K7廠長蘇炳碩、廢水組主任蔡奇勳及顏姓經理等人到案。庭訊結束後，14日凌晨裁定蘇炳碩羈押。

高雄市環保局查出日月光編造不實的廢水排放資料，並質疑有高層授意，導致案情升溫，高雄地檢署13日在傳喚蘇炳碩、蔡奇勳及顏姓經理等人到案。庭訊結束後，檢察官認為有串證、湮滅證據之虞，向法院聲請羈押蘇炳碩。

高雄地方法院13日深夜召開羈押庭，漏夜開庭審理，認為蘇炳碩供詞避重就輕，並有串證、湮滅證據情形，14日凌晨裁定將他收押禁見

蔡奇勳則被檢察官諭令以新台幣100萬元交保、顏姓經理被請回。
