不會被關的，真如你所說是檢到的，那只是觸犯了刑法第３３７條：（侵占遺失物罪）
意圖為自己或第三人不法之所有，而侵占遺失物、漂流物或其他離本人所持有之物者，處五百元以下罰金。

並非一樓大大所說的侵占罪。

因屬告訴乃論 和解後撤銷告訴就沒事了。

那位警察說不能給當事人聯絡方式
到最後會怎麼樣??

如果移送地檢署，那就等傳票來時，到時原告也會到，

屆時和原告要求和解，原告若願意就可撤銷告訴。

雖然刑責不重，但還是要請求和解撤銷告訴，才不會有前科。
