日月光案向「上」延燒 副總林顯堂遭傳喚

日月光被控偷排廢水污染後勁溪案繼續向上延燒，繼廠長蘇炳碩於今(14)天凌晨遭裁定羈押後，高雄地檢署中午傳喚日月光公司副總經理林顯堂到案，林顯堂於中午12時30分左右在律師及環保警察陪同下應訊，檢方立即對其展開偵訊，直到下午3點都還在偵訊中。

據悉，檢方主要是想釐清林顯堂對於排放廢水一事是否知情且授意，並清查是否有涉及其他不法情事。

雄檢連日偵辦日月光案進行蒐證，目前掌握相關事證，朝故意排放的方向偵辦，但是否為日月光高層授意，尚待釐清。
