鼎泰豐年終　最高可拿20個月

國內知名餐飲業鼎泰豐今（14）日上午在新北市政府舉辦招募活動，董事長楊紀華透露，目前公司的年終獎金雖未定案，但主管最高可能拿到20個月，年薪加年終最多可領高達250萬，至於一般員工，平均年終也有1.5至2個月。

由於福利相當優渥，上午徵才活動吸引不少求職者參加，但楊紀華表示，由於人才不易尋找及培養，在人力不足下情況下，明年第10家分店的展店計畫將暫停。

至於年終獎金部分，楊紀華表示目前仍未定案，但店長級的主管最高應該可上看20個月，粗估金額最高可達新台幣250萬元。一般員工也有1.5到2個月的年終。

楊紀華強調，不希望因為快速展店的關係，影響了原先的品質。由於鼎泰豐的客源90%還是國內民眾，因此他在人才的挑選上，會比較重視態度和對餐飲工作的熱情。

由於餐飲業工時長假期少，他也坦言員工確實相當辛苦，希望明年能調整薪資，每人加薪5%到10%。

至於徵才部分，鼎泰豐今日一共釋出100個職缺，包括點心學員起薪3萬3，收銀員38000，服務員42000，都比一般2行情高上不少，一早也吸引500多位民眾排隊報名。
