示範區第二階段規劃 19號送政院院會

經建會主委管中閔表示，自由經濟示範區的第二階段規劃，預計週四將到行政院院會報告，「自由經濟示範區特別條例」草案預計二十六號送交行政院院會。

管中閔還說，示範區第二階段的規劃，重點在貿易長期開放和自由化的效益，以利我國加速進入TPP和RCEP的速度；雖然也會有短期效果，但不是規劃希望達成的重點。他強調，示範區是馬總統「黃金十年」規劃中的想法，第一階段今年八月已經啟動，第二階段並不是為了GDP無法保二才提出的。
