無良亂倒廢棄物　遭警查獲送法辦

【石明啟／桃園報導】桃園縣1名賴姓男子，昨天駕駛貨車到觀音鄉大潭國小旁產業道路，惡意傾倒40餘包不明粉狀固體物，警方會同環保局人員當場查獲，並查出賴男接受張姓業者委託處理，張姓業者從事廢印刷電路板及廢塑膠版的破碎及清洗作業，卻拿不出任何處理廢棄物的許可文件。

警方將賴男依廢清法送辦外，張姓業者也遭勒令停業並以廢清法移送偵辦，環保局稽查人員採取廢棄物送驗，確認是否為有害物質，並責成賴、張2男限期清理。
