奪13歲女童貞　粗工判賠65萬元

【法庭中心╱台北報導】高姓男子2012年間認識當時13歲的國中女生後，誘少女離家，帶回自己住處，先以手指性侵少女，然後再以下體侵害，因少女徹夜未歸，隔天回家遭母親逼問才說出前一晚遭遇，她的母親向高男求償，台北地院判高男應賠償65萬元。

少女母親指出，當時女兒才13歲，原本仍是處女，翌日女兒回家，她帶女兒至醫院驗傷，發現女兒已失童貞，要求高男賠償女兒100萬元，並以自己身為母親，對於子女的保護權也受損，也求償20萬元。

法院認為，高男犯行明確，侵權屬實，考量高男擔任粗工，案發後已被依強制交罪判刑3年2個月並入獄，判他賠少女50萬元，少女母親則獲判賠15萬元；仍可上訴。

高男帶13歲少女回家性侵，法院判賠65萬元。
