為3萬7喪葬費　男子刺殺小姨子

【蔡進男／基隆報導】基隆市62歲陳姓男子與林女同居，育有1男1女，林女往生舉辦頭七法會時，林女的51歲妹妹，向陳男要代墊的3萬7千元喪葬費，陳男因持續數月照顧病榻上的林女，身心俱疲，不堪林妹一再追討，跑回車上取出32公分長水果刀，往林妹胸部、腹部猛刺，林妹跑了幾步後跌倒，陳嫌追了上去，壓住林妹，再度要刺向林妹，親友聽到林妹喊叫，上前制止，陳男隨即開車逃離現場，林妹送急救後救回一命。

全案審結，法官依殺人未遂罪，判處陳男5年2月刑期。
