殘忍虐狗！ 流浪狗被刀削鼻子見骨

宜蘭驚傳虐狗事件！一隻流浪狗被不明人士用刀之類的利器狠劈，全身傷痕累累，狗的鼻子和前額還被削到見骨，宜蘭縣植物防疫所接獲民眾通報後，將狗兒帶回所內，進行傷口清創包紮，並且根據民眾提供的線索，查辦虐狗人的身份，一旦查獲，將依「動物保護法」，處新台幣1萬5千元以上、7萬元以下罰鍰。

宜蘭縣動植物防疫所表示，遭到虐打的是一隻虎斑色的公土狗，屬於無主流浪狗，受虐地點在宜蘭市大坡路附近，身上有多處疑似用刀之類利器造成的傷口；其中，狗的前額有一處長寬各約5公分的傷口，深可見骨，鼻子附近也有深約2公分的裂傷。

這起虐狗事件，今天也引起民眾和網友關注，動植物防疫所說，虐狗行為違反動物保護法，行為人一經查獲，最高可處新台幣7萬元罰鍰。

遭到虐打的的流浪狗，經獸醫初步治療後，傷勢穩定，精神狀況還不錯，暫時交由愛狗人士照顧。
