台積電今年資本支出95~100億美元

【蕭文康／台北報導】台積電（2330）董事長張忠謀今親自出席法說會並擔任主講人，他預估今年全年資本支出95~100億美元，約與去年97億美元相當。
 
另外，他也預估今年半導體產值年增5%、IC設計年增8%、晶圓代工年增10%，而台積電表現會優於晶圓代工。
 
今年台積電ASP（平均銷售價格）會增加，主要來自於28HKMG及20 SOC新製程貢獻，也可抵銷今年年增35%的折舊費用。
 
在行動裝置的成長方面，張忠謀預期今年智慧型手機出貨將年增25%、平板年增21%，其中高階智慧型手機成長8%、中階成長23%、低階成長45%，而台積電今年來自行動產品的營收將年增35%。
