【汪智博／台東報導】「抗議司法不公、踐踏人民司法權益！」前台東縣政府社會處副處長郭仲智於2000年涉及的岩灣新村新建工程貪污案，經12年纏訟於日前判處有期徒刑12年定讞，全案從花蓮高分院二審至更三審，連續四審皆為同一審判長，即將於本月21日入監執行的郭仲智怒指「嚴重違反司法及審級利益」，上午赴花蓮高分院台東庭前拉白布條抗議。
