師控妻外遇　反被揭師生戀

劉姓高職老師以妻子有外遇，訴請離婚，妻子反指他搞師生戀，才想離婚。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，劉姓老師表示，去年間發現妻子行為有異，妻子向他坦承外遇，他才訴請離婚。不過，妻子辯稱，丈夫與一名女學生有曖昧，並逼迫離婚，她為激怒丈夫，才亂說自己有外遇。經由女學生母親提供錄音，指證劉曾說「妳女兒躺在我懷裡，我會負責…」法官認定劉與女學生有曖昧，駁回離婚請求。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
