每台電腦的網路界面都有個唯一的MAC address,因此可以在WIFI分享器的內部網路((ethernet or DHCP)上設定限定哪些MAC address可以連上分享器即可。

或是有些分享器也提供限時功能，以上應該都能解決您的需求。

至於怎麼設定，每檯分享器都不一樣，還是建議看說明書囉，這邊只能說操作的概念。
