「鬼躲胸部驅魔」　法師猥褻女判8月

一名女子腹痛，求助77歲的「鑑因法師」吳其鑑，卻被他以捏乳頭、戳陰部掰驅鬼；彰化地院昨判有期徒刑8月，緩刑5年。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，受害女子指控，去年6月6日，她獲知有腫瘤向吳求救，吳對她拍頭、拍身體，後來竟伸手進衣服，隔著胸罩撫摸她雙乳，還說「鬼就躲在那裡，以為我是出家人就不敢往那裡摸」。彰化地院昨以他不知潔身自愛，破壞社會善良風俗，惟因坦承犯行，且與女子和解，判有期徒刑8月，緩刑5年，須向公庫支付45萬元，緩刑期間交付保護管束。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
