傳真機信號問題

您的傳真機如果接收傳真有時收的到時收不到的問題，請先檢查傳真機所接的電話線，有沒有雜音或感應聲！如果有的話就是您的電話線路不良！(電話檢測方法:如是傳統的傳真機上會附電話筒您可以用它打電話看看會不會有雜音！如是多功能事務機您可將接在事務機上的電話線先脫離將該電話線街在一般話機上，再撥打電話這樣就能試出電話線路有否問題了。)
上敘的檢測方法如都試過線路都正常的話，建議您就需要請專業的電信技師或傳真機的維修商來幫您檢修了！
