遠雄今年房屋銷售目標 有信心超越550億元

趙藤雄今日在「台灣本壘KANO精神」會中表示，去年集團房屋總銷售金額約550億元，今年在春節六天總共銷售84戶、金額達25.2億元好成績下，有信心今年集團房屋銷售成績將超越去年水準；而今年推案量預計將維持去年500億元的量體；他強調，由於雙北市購地日趨困難，今年開始集團將在雙北市以外的地區，加大購地規模。

他指出，今年集團推案也將響應政府平價住宅政策，在外縣市如新竹、台中、嘉義等地，推出低單價、低總價的小坪數產品，以台中清水來說，若是每坪單價12萬元，購買30坪產品，只要360萬元。
