教部：師摑學生 無關十二年國教

（中央社記者陳至中台北27日電）台中市傳出國中導師掌摑學生，學生擔心德行被扣分，影響免試入學成績，敢怒不敢言。教育部指出，教師體罰就不對，與十二年國教沒有關係。

教育部國民及學前教育署副署長黃新發表示，該名教師情緒失控，不當處罰學生，將會依程序懲處。

媒體報導該新聞時，指十二年國教免試入學「超額比序」中有「德行表現」成績，學生擔心被老師報復，影響升學分數，被體罰後敢怒不敢言，「寧可被打，不願扣分。」

然而，根據「中投區免試入學超額比序項目」，所謂的「德行表現」指社團和服務學習，而非操行成績；記過紀錄也是項目之一，但沒被記過、以及銷過後無紀錄，都能得到滿分6分。

黃新發並說，學校記過、懲戒，都必須經過一定程序，不是任何一個導師說的算。1020627
