2013蘇澳冷泉文化節訂於7月12、13、14日連續三天舉行系列活動，重頭戲「冷泉公主選拔」提前在29日舉行初選，計有21位佳麗參賽，錄取15名，將於7月14日決選。第1名獎金10萬元、第2名5萬元，第3名3萬元。

蘇澳鎮長林騰煌指出，參加冷泉公主選拔的佳麗們，須自備泳裝、洋裝、才藝道具及表演服裝等。初選的比賽項目有：美姿美儀走台表演、自我介紹、個人才藝秀與機智問答。評審依舞台儀態〔30%〕、口才與台風〔30%〕、才藝表演〔25%〕，整體造型〔15%〕進行評比。

7月14日下午1時半舉行決選，從15名佳麗選出優勝前三名，以及最佳才藝獎、最佳人氣獎、最佳儀態獎、最佳機智獎、最佳口才獎；前三名可得3萬到10萬元的獎金，所有得獎者都可獲頒精緻獎座。
