洪案偵結　綠委批真相不清、民怨難平

【蘇聖怡／台北報導】陸軍下士洪仲丘枉死案，最高軍事檢察署今偵結，542旅少將沈威志等6人遭起訴。民進黨團記者會痛批真相不清、責任不明，黨團幹事長高志鵬指出，國防部、法務部合作辦案言猶在耳，但桃檢還在偵辦中，軍檢就獨立起訴，不禁懷疑，總統馬英九下令清理戰場、止血，在國防部專案報告前一天，設下停損點，了草起訴、抓小放大，高痛批，這樣的起訴結果，無法平息人民心中怒火，洪仲丘死不瞑目，8月3日將有更多人上凱道。

綠委陳亭妃擔憂，軍檢以氣溫、環境、生理因素來說明洪仲丘死因，恐是為未來高官無罪埋伏筆，切割硬關禁閉的責任，這樣結果不止家屬無法接受，人民也無法接受。
