19全開會通知　國民黨：月底前會寄給王金平

【晏明強／台北報導】國民黨日前宣布19全代會將於11月10日在台中港區綜合體育館召開，外界也關注國民黨是否邀請立法院長王金平出席，王金平今天日上午受訪時說，還沒有收到全代會的邀請函，如果收到，他會出席。國民黨發言人楊偉中表示，王仍具有黨員資格；加上立委是當然黨代表，黨中央寄開會通知給王金平是「毫無疑問的」。

楊偉中指出，包括黨籍立委及政務官都是當然黨代表，但由於全代會由9月底延至11月才召開，期間一些政務官出現人事變動，黨內目前正在處理相關人事異動、重新確認黨代表名單，將在全代會召開前2個星期，也就是10月底寄出開會通知。
