V3-571G 升級　windows 8.1 之後 藍芽不見了

之前在windows 8 的時候一直都正常運作 升級8.1之後 藍芽的開關選項變成灰色的

也安裝了ACER網站上的驅動程式(8.1的)，還是無效哩 不知道是否有人有同樣的情況? 何解?
