如何用ipone5聽音樂?

我已經下載itunes了
也將我的音樂檔案放進itunes啦
我也按了幾百遍同步了
可是我點iphone內建"音樂"程式他都顯示沒有內容
我又下載了千千靜聽 他也說沒有歌曲叫我同步itunes
可是我明明就同步過了
請問有人知道問題出在哪嗎??

PS我iphone連接到電腦時 使用itunes時 他一直叫我更新ios7可是我不想更新
請問我沒更新ios7 跟itunes不讓我同步音樂 有關係嗎?還是只是純粹我操作不當
不會用同步???@@
