與前妻爆口角　莽男防火巷燒毛毯關60天

【陳偉周／基隆報導】基隆市1名戴姓男子，去年11月19日在家中與前妻爭執，戴男憤而拎著衣服、毛毯衝到附近防火巷通道點火燃燒，未料火勢加大竄出濃煙。警消獲報到場將火勢撲滅並逮捕戴男。
 
戴男向檢方表示，當天喝酒又跟前妻爭執，一時情緒失控拿打火機燒衣服洩憤，事後感到相當後悔。日前全案經基隆法院審理，考量戴男意氣用事並非預謀犯案，火勢不大未釀成人員傷亡、財物損失，依公共危險罪判處戴男有期徒刑2個月，得易科罰金6萬元。
