小心詐騙　ATM退款及遊戲點數攏是假

【塗豐駿／台北報導】小心詐騙，ATM退款及遊戲點數攏是假！近日165反詐騙諮詢專線接獲多起民眾報案，表示接到網路店家客服電話，多為要求客戶前往ATM自動櫃員機確認身分解除設定，或是購買遊戲點數辦理退款。

台北一名黃姓學生，曾在網路上購買衣服，接到自稱客服人員電話，表示因作業疏失多刷了一筆費用，要求至ATM確認身分，依指示操作匯出2筆款項總計5萬8千元，隨後又改稱必須購買遊戲點數才能將先前誤匯的金額退回，又再度購買3萬元遊戲點數，將序號及密碼告知，隨後才驚覺受騙，向警方報案。
 
警方呼籲，ATM自動櫃員機只能匯款，沒有身分確認及辦理退款功能，購買遊戲點數亦無法支付任何帳款，也無法退回現金至帳戶，這些都是詐騙集團人員的手段，勿輕易上當，遇到任何相關情形，應向警方報案或打165反詐騙諮詢專線查證。
