【張世瑜／高雄報導】民眾今天下午在高雄西子灣防波堤一堆消波塊中，發現一名落水女子，立刻報案。消防隊員獲報趕到現場，將她從消波塊中救上岸，不過已經沒有生命跡象。警方勘驗後初步研判，發現她已往生多時，背部有一個眼鏡蛇刺青，現正調查她的身分和事發原因。
