涉貪汙判刑 前法官本周發監

（中央社記者劉世怡台北17日電）法官貪污案，前法官蔡光治等人遭判刑確定，除了前法官李春地日前提早報到發監執行，蔡光治等人在本週將赴北檢發監執行。

法官貪污案，最高法院10月17日駁回上訴，維持二審判決，前高院法官陳榮和遭判刑18年、前高院法官蔡光治判刑20年、前高院法官李春地判刑11年6月、前檢察官邱茂榮判刑6年、律師張權判刑2年、律師邱創舜1年6月、前法官張炳龍1年。全案定讞。

台北地檢署日前收受判決並發出傳票給陳榮和等人，通知他們在本週報到，發監執行，不過，發監人之一的李春地在12日已自行提前至北檢報到，當天被送至台北監獄服刑。

北檢表示，在得知判決確定後，依據最高檢察署訂定的「防範刑事案件被告逃匿聯繫作業要點」，啟動防逃機制，已對陳榮和等人限制出境、出海，並指揮司法警察實施監控。1021117
