提振台股　央行：3家外資股票質借買股逾6億元

為提振台股，除金管會祭出三箭措施外，中央銀行也解禁，鼓勵外資以股票為擔保品向國內銀行質借新台幣，投資股市，而且根據央行統計，截至2013年底，已有3家外資向兩家銀行洽借新台幣資金買進股票，金額總計有6億餘元。

為鼓勵外資投入股市，央行去年8月初發布宣布，鼓勵外資不必將海外資金匯入，以股票為擔保品向國內銀行質借新台幣投資股市，期望藉此激勵外資買股的意願。

央行表示，鼓勵外資以股票為擔保品向國內銀行質借新台幣投資股市，自台灣集中保管結算所配合在2013年7月31日完成系統更新，大幅簡化質借作業方式以來，目前已初具成效，截至2013年底，已有3家外資向2家銀行洽借新台幣資金買進股票，金額共計新台幣6億餘元
