議員涉暴力討債 交保後喊冤

嘉義縣一名陳姓議員涉嫌從事暴力討債、經營網路運動簽賭站，雲林地檢署7日指揮警力搜索議員的服務處、住家、手下的住處等，並帶回14人偵訊，經過漏夜調查，陳姓議員在8日凌晨以12萬交保，返回住處。

據報導，雲林地檢署因偵辦一件重利案，意外發現陳姓議員2年前涉嫌組織集團，經營地下錢莊、網路運動簽賭站，還對被害人暴力討債，曾有一名被害人因被逼債，企圖燒炭自殺。

檢方經長期蒐證，7日指揮警力、兵分十路，前往這名議員住處、服務處、宮廟及手下住處搜索，還搜出帳冊、BB槍、棍子、球棒及安非他命等物，漏夜偵訊，8日凌晨讓陳姓議員以12萬交保，議員表示，案件已進入司法程序，相信會還他清白。
