關於APPLE送修期間保固過了的問題

小弟有台I5
因為保固期將到所以送修想換台整新機

一開始剛拿到就螢幕組裝不良 會翹
然後電池異常耗電 超快
耳機孔也有問題 右邊無聲 左邊超小聲

保固到2014/1/4
所以想說送個保固
因為此台是二手機 當初記憶中這台是保台灣的
於是我先到台灣的門是 問他說
我這台是保妳們的嗎 當初那時候說是
現在又跟我說不是了
我1/1就送修了 到現在還沒走入維修程序
因為他說 手機不是他們家保固的
所以他又很假好心的幫我送遠傳 神腦
結果也都不是到最後似乎是保apple原廠
可是我因為在送修期間
導致我保固過了
這樣是就沒保固了嗎
可是感覺這樣就權益受損了..

另外像
apple的處理方式都是換整新給妳
那我可以跟他說 我電池異常就好嗎
這樣維修費應該會比較便宜吧?
還是不管怎樣他都會全機檢測呢
另外檢測玩維修費可以選擇修跟不修嗎
不修要付檢測費嗎
我白白等台灣等了一個禮拜
手也沒修到 又要花300檢測費
心理真的很不是滋味阿

哀新的一年開始就有點倒楣
雖然是我很慢送
可是我也沒想到會有這個突發狀況阿
