調查：英國去年房價勁升7.5%

英國房仲業者哈利法克斯(Halifax)今天(8日)公布調查報告，指去年英國房價強勁上揚，報告指出，房價勁升的主要原因是受到經濟恢復成長，連帶推升房市需求而來。

哈利法克斯是英國駿懋銀行(Lloyds Bank)集團旗下產業之一。

哈利法克斯表示，英國去年12月的房價跟前年同期相比，上揚7.5%。但是如果以月為統計基準，英國去年12月的房價跟去年11月相比，下跌0.6%，這同時也是英國房價在之前11個月以來，首次下跌，平均房價為17萬3,467英磅(28萬4,727美元)。

此外，英國房地產市場價格上揚，也受到去年政府刺激經濟方案，以及創下歷史新低的利率等利多因素影響。
