【林靜盛／雲林報導】20元剪刀也能當萬能鑰匙！虎尾鎮毒品、竊盜前科男子郭志強（40歲）本月1日中午，行經嘉義市國華街，發現路旁停放一輛日產自小客車，以隨身剪刀偷竊得手，開回虎尾家中代步，經警員巡邏發現，今埋伏等候，趁郭男取車時逮人，另起出海洛因、安非他命等毒品，偵訊後，依《毒品危害管制條例》、竊盜罪將郭男移送法辦。
