雖說下載數位遊戲很方便，但玩家付出的代價實際上也不小，其中最明顯的，就是退貨可能沒有保障。而在這方面做得比較好的，Good Old Games 應該可以算一個。他們最近推出了新的退款政策，只要玩家所購買的遊戲無法在其裝置上正常運行，就可以向 Good Old Games 索取全額退款。當然，在退貨前支援團隊會盡其所能幫助你解決問題，如果在嘗試後仍無法成功的話，玩家就可以把錢拿回來了。

值得一提的是，Good Old Games 承諾如果玩家在 14 天內沒有下載遊戲的話也可以申請退款。雖說這樣的週期在業內並不算領先許多，但和一些我們熟知的遊戲平台相比，其限制還是算比較少的。比如說在 Steam 上只有預購可以退款，而且玩家必須在遊戲正式發售前進行申請。EA 的 Origin 則相對寬鬆一些，它允許消費者在首次運行新遊戲的 24 小時內無條件申請退款，如果在購買、預購發貨日後的 7 天內玩家都沒有運行遊戲的話，在此期間想要退款也是可行的。總之，Good Old Games 的做法給人感覺不錯，而且它在全球範圍內適用，有興趣的朋友不妨嘗試一下。
