油價下跌，市場預期原油供應充裕，沙烏地阿拉伯上月產量保持10月的水平，另外，伊拉克及伊朗表明，若明年石油輸出國組織要求減產，將無意參與。另外，聖路易斯聯邦儲備銀行總裁布拉德的言論暗示，聯準會的工作重點是撤出量寬政策，也令油價受壓。

紐約期油先升後跌，早段曾高見每桶97.97美元，收市報97.34美元，下跌31美分。汽油期貨價格跌近2%；取暖油期貨跌逾1%。

倫敦布倫特期油收市報每桶109.39美元，下跌2.22美元。
