替朋友出頭砸信號彈　學生眼角誤傷

2名少年為了替女性友人出氣，8日晚間潛入校園拿出信號彈時，因被舍監阻止而丟向旁觀學生，造成1名學生眼角輕傷。

 據《蘋果日報》報導，2名20歲的黃姓男子為了替女性友人出氣，8日晚上10點多潛入私立耕莘健康管理學院宜蘭分部2樓的男生宿舍，大聲叫要女性友人的宋姓男友出面理論。

宋男出面後，1名黃姓男子突然拿出約20分長的信號彈，準備要躑向宋男，經舍監阻止，一陣拉扯後將信號彈不慎砸向旁邊圍觀學生。造成在旁圍觀的廖姓學生遭受無端之殃。

旁觀的廖同學因此左眼角淤傷 , 左眼角淤傷後，警方9日中午傳喚滋事兩名青年到案，並依公共危險、傷害罪將2人函送偵辦。
