基改食品　食藥署：未來佔0.9%即須標示

【邱俊吉／台北報導】許多民眾關注基因改造食品，目前國內僅核准黃豆、玉米這2種基改作物進口，並規定其佔產品總重5%以上才須標示「基因改造」，消基會等團體最近均批評此標準太鬆散，應該比照歐盟的嚴格標準，食品藥物管理署今在立法院表示，未來將加強規範，佔0.9%以上便得標示，最快今年底預告草案。

食管署副署長姜郁美表示，草案規範黃豆、玉米等基改作物，若佔產品的重量或容量達0.9%以上，即須標示基因改造字樣，否則將依《食管法》以標示不實處分，現行可開罰4萬到20萬元，待《食管法》修正、實施後，可望提高為4萬到400萬元。
