柴松林談人權教育：總統到販夫走卒都需要

台灣民主基金會委託世新大學進行台灣民主自由人權指標調查，總統府國家人權諮詢委員會副召集人柴松林今日在記者會上表示，政府認為人權教育難推廣，做的努力少，應該要推廣人權教育，「從總統到販夫走卒都需要，並非地位高就不用」，因為侵犯、迫害與阻礙人權的都是政府官員，很少是一般人民。

柴松林也說，人權教育是一種終身教育，「非念過大學或得過博士學位就不需要在學或再努力，任何人都應該要努力。」他也說，人權教育也絕對不是開一門課就可以達到，像政府認為國民道德低落，就開公民與道德的課，情況卻是每況愈下。

柴松林也批評，人權不是簽署兩公約就可以實現，且其實簽署兩公約後都沒有做到，法律修改也還落後很多，還有很大努力與進步空間。
