兩岸經合會登場 陸方籲服貿快生效

兩岸服貿協議仍卡在立法院公聽會，本會期恐難闖關。中國大陸海協會副會長鄭立中今天出席第五次兩岸經濟合作委員會（兩岸經委會）例會致詞多次表示，大陸已「基本就序」，做好所有讓服貿協議生效的必要準備，包括法規調和等，「只待協議生效」，希望服貿協議盡速生效，讓台灣先行一步掌握商機。

鄭立中並指出，儘管國際金融危機衝擊未完全化解，全球經濟仍處深度調整，但大陸經濟已透露「穩中回升」跡象，今年第三季以來，包括經濟成長率等主要經濟指標「一致向好」，且政策執行速度、效益明顯提升，不論是市場預期或企業信心都逐漸回溫。
