請問有裝e-Tag但如果沒感應到怎麼算

請問如果有裝e-Tag開過去沒有感應到,這樣收費還有九折嗎?
原本是說沒裝的三天內補繳也有九折,現在看來取消了,
那沒感應到的要怎麼算?

還有如果我有裝但感應紙壞了 or 掉了沒發現,這樣會通知我嗎?
然後我不知道的這段時間還是九折嗎?

再麻煩有研究的大大協助說明看看,現在用無線的方式感應有沒有成功都不曉得,
我也懶的每次開完高速公路都去check儲值,反正是自動轉帳扣款,
可是如果沒感應到,寄來繳費單漏掉沒注意到不就要被罰款了?
因為裝這個就是要方便,哪有人會想要自己再去check扣款狀況,
也不會三不五時注意有沒有繳費單來,不是嗎?
