近7成民眾願器捐 僅1％簽同意卡

據器官捐贈移植登錄中心問卷調查顯示，高達67.3％願意捐贈器官，78.5％支持家人器官捐贈，而認同器官捐贈的受訪者中，81.9％想簽署器官捐贈同意書；然而，實際簽署器官捐贈同意卡的民眾，卻僅有1％。

這項調查於今年3月間執行，對象是全台20縣市（不含金門、連江）5004位16至65歲的民眾。調查結果顯示，「器官捐贈」幾乎是家喻戶曉的名詞，高達96％以上的人聽過。

然而，器官捐贈移植登錄中心董事長李伯璋表示，現在多數人對器官捐贈表示支持，實際簽署者卻相當少；不僅問卷結果如此，目前健保卡加註器捐意願者近24萬人，換算人口占不到1％。他推估，民眾對簽署器官捐贈同意卡仍有「簽了就代表非捐不可」的誤解，導致簽卡前難以下抉擇。

第一線器捐勸募人員、高雄長庚醫院神經外科主治醫師表示，依該院截至101年底的統計數據，宣判腦死患者中，家屬願意捐贈器官的僅占1成，時至今日，仍有許多南部民眾觀念保守，無法接受器官捐贈。

台大醫院器官移植小組移植護理師曹傳怡則表示，以她10多年器官勸募經驗觀察，以往民眾接受度低，10位僅1位家屬同意器捐，更常在勸募時被家屬罵到臭頭；近5年來狀況有改善，詢問時約6成家屬對器捐採取正面態度。
