約會強暴　無業男掰「保險套放皮包招財｣

【湯寶隆／高雄報導】1名20歲出頭的江姓無業男，約剛交往的女子外出看影片，將女子灌醉後趁機性侵。女子不滿遭性侵，傳簡訊質問，男子卻說有戴保險套，要女子不用擔心，還戲謔說：「保險套放在皮包內可以招財」，女子事後怒告性侵，警方訊後昨依妨害性自主罪嫌送辦。

警方提醒，要避免約會強暴，在交往初期，最好邀約友人同行，也要避免獨處，更不要喝酒精類或來路不明的飲品，一旦遭遇不幸，記得要保全證據，勇於報警處理。
