大掃除建議分工 防酸痛報到

年終歲末，許多家庭陸續大掃除，台南市立安南醫院建議應平均分配工作，最好是全家一起來，免得個人用力過度，酸痛來報到。

安南醫院中醫部中醫師劉三榮指出，每逢過年前大掃除，就會有許多家庭主婦因酸痛就診，常見的有腰痛、肩膀、肘、手腕的酸痛。

他表示，酸痛若排除內臟及痛風、類風濕性關節炎等體內因素，大多是突然外力或勞損引起，也就是撞傷、挫傷、拉傷、扭傷當下引起疼痛，或重複同樣動作多次，事後引發發炎或撕裂傷。
